ShootingTargets.com LLC (“ShootingTargets.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ShootingTargets.com.

  • submit an order or purchase a Product;

The Site currently supports purchases shipped to eligible physical addresses within the United States.


Our separate Terms of Service & Sale govern access to and use of the Site, accounts, orders, Products, User Content, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, and disputes. This Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information.


Capitalized terms not separately defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service & Sale.


2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Site. We do not collect every category of information from every visitor.


Information You Provide

Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.


Complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, and similar payment credentials are submitted to and processed by the applicable payment provider. We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers through the Site.


We may receive limited payment and transaction information, including:


  • the customer’s name and billing address;
  • the payment method;
  • the final digits of a payment card;
  • payment authorization or confirmation;
  • transaction identifiers;
  • payment status; and
  • information concerning a refund, chargeback, dispute, or failed payment.


Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and contractual terms.


If we manually assist with processing a payment, the payment information will be used only to submit, process, or administer the transaction through an authorized third-party payment processor or financial institution. We do not retain complete payment-card numbers after processing, do not retain card security codes after authorization, and do not ask customers to provide online-banking usernames or passwords directly to us.


For account-to-account, ACH, electronic-check, wire-transfer, or similar bank payments, the applicable payment provider or financial institution may collect and process information such as a bank-account number, routing number, account-holder name, account type, payment authorization, and transaction details.


We may retain limited transaction records, payment confirmations, authorization records, masked account information, and related documentation as reasonably necessary for accounting, refunds, payment disputes, fraud prevention, enforcement of our agreements, and legal compliance.


Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Site, we and our website, analytics, security, and advertising providers may automatically receive information such as:


  • Internet Protocol address;
  • approximate geographic location derived from an Internet Protocol address;

Disabling or restricting these technologies may affect Site functionality, and we are not responsible for providing alternative methods or workarounds for features that no longer function properly as a result.


If available controls do not address your concerns, you should discontinue use of the Site.


Third-party analytics and advertising providers may maintain their own privacy settings and controls. Those controls are administered by the applicable third party and are not controlled by ShootingTargets.com.

ShootingTargets.com sells physical Products. Our business is not based on selling consumer data.

Removal of an account or a privacy request does not necessarily require removal of User Content, transaction records, or information that may lawfully be retained under the Terms of Service & Sale or applicable law.

No website, network, transmission method, payment system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13.


A parent or legal guardian supervising a minor’s use of the Site should submit transaction and account information on the minor’s behalf.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy expands, restricts, or replaces any right or obligation established by the Terms of Service & Sale concerning matters other than the collection, use, disclosure, retention, or protection of personal information, or limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
